Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Ru’ya Mustaqbal collects through ruyamustaqbal.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written for the developers, brokers and other business visitors who use this site. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Ru’ya Mustaqbal is the immersive real-estate sales arm of the Ru’ya Horizon group, operated by LLC-FZ Horizon Ruya, licence number 0000004083283, registered with the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone Authority (RAKEZ), with its address at RAKEZ Business Zone, Al Nakheel Area, P.O. What we collect and why
The private demo form. When you request a demo we ask for your name, company, role, project, number of typologies, launch window, and a phone or WhatsApp number. We record the time of the request, the language you were viewing the site in, and the IP address the request came from. We use this to contact you about the demo, prepare it around your project, and keep a record of the conversation. We rely on your request as the basis for processing it: you are asking us to take steps towards a possible engagement.
Email, phone and WhatsApp. If you contact us directly we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation, and any engagement that follows, is live.
Technical data. Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which protects the site, log standard connection data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics that follow you across other sites.
We do not collect payment details through this site. Commercial terms are agreed in a written proposal, outside the website.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies for visitors. Two things can set cookies when you use them:
- The narrated film. “Watch with narration” plays our film from YouTube through its privacy-enhanced player (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may set cookies once you press play. Google’s privacy policy applies to that player.
- Cloudflare and our caching layer. May set a cookie needed to tell genuine visitors from automated traffic and to serve pages quickly.
The site’s typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers and Google sees your IP address in that request.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers. Demo requests are stored in our website’s database and emailed to our team, so they pass through our hosting provider, Hostinger, and our email provider. If you press the WhatsApp button, you leave the site and WhatsApp’s own terms apply to that conversation. We share data with professional advisers or authorities only where the law requires it.
Where data is stored
Our website is hosted by Hostinger on servers outside the UAE, and our email is handled by an international provider. Where data leaves the UAE, we rely on providers that apply recognised security and data-protection standards, as permitted under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
How long we keep it
Demo requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months of the last contact. Records of an engagement are kept for the life of the engagement and for the period UAE commercial and tax rules require afterwards. Server logs are kept by our providers for a short rolling period, typically under 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. You can also object to a particular use, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email hello@ruyamustaqbal.com and we will answer within one business day and act within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and protected by Cloudflare. Demo requests are visible only to administrators of the site. Access to our email and systems is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
Business visitors only
This site is for real-estate developers, brokers and their advisers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for 30 days.
